Are they constantly spying on all information and mobile phones? No.
Does the occupation deal with jinn (spirits)? Maybe?
Realistically speaking, Palestinian society was infiltrated using the same methods that have been used for decades. Modern technology may have accelerated the process, but it mainly relies on social engineering rather than the power of technology itself.
Credit goes to the respected Fatah organization with all its branches, whether it be the student youth, the authority, village councils, or youth groups that monitor movements within almost every neighborhood in the West Bank and spread important news within the village, neighborhood, or camp.
To clarify:
There are always "non-partisan" youth groups concerned with monitoring certain important developments or social problems, which often become subjects of gossip. All it takes is for one person who belongs to Fatah to pass the information to another group that includes a more important and higher-ranking member within the Fatah organization, who in turn passes it to another more important group, and so on until it reaches the person who transmits it to the Israeli colony security services.
For example, let's take a small village like Beit Iba or any neighborhood in Nablus, such as the old city. In each of these areas, there are several youth groups concerned with the security of the neighborhood, village, or camp. They monitor vehicle movements and alert others when any suspicious vehicle enters. Often, within these groups, there is a Fatah-affiliated person who believes that Fatah is the path to good and that it will return to power despite the corrupt leadership. This person is also a member of another group and passes valuable news from the neighborhood to another group dedicated to the organization's members.
Through these groups, there is always an authority employee who transmits important information to a group affiliated with the Palestinian authority. For example: a car stops for fifteen minutes somewhere after three in the morning, or a suspicious gathering of young men in an abandoned house, which often turns out to be just a casual hangout. However, if it includes thinkers or mosque-goers, the process of gathering information and forming tracking files on these young men begins, examining their social connections. This leads to what they believe identifying key suspects whenever an operation or security event occurs nearby.
In this way, Fatah’s second most important contribution to the Zionist entity is providing it with an enormous intelligence network that is intertwined with our social structure, making us feel that it is aware and in control of every corner and neighborhood.
The first and most important service that the Palestinian Authority and Fatah provide to the zionist entity is, of course, not military support or people control, suppression, or misleading the public. This might be the third most important service, but the first and foremost is Fatah's and the Palestinian Authority's commitment to the Zionist narrative of blaming anyone who engages in resistance, convincing the world that collective punishment is a natural and typical reaction to these acts.
A prime example of this dirty, disgusting work is Mutaz Azaiza, who emerged from the massacre in which the Zionists violated all ethical, international, and humanitarian laws, yet insisted that these massacres were entirely the resistance's fault. In some of the videos he published, he adopted the entity’s narrative that it provides an essential service to Palestinians by eliminating the resistance. Therefore, we see that Mutaz's commitment to this narrative has led him to what some consider to be important social positions.
There are many examples of this, starting with the head of the organization, passing through to many of it leaders, and reaching its street mouthpieces, who convey the Zionist narrative to them through the same groups I mentioned earlier, from the largest group to the smallest and then to the smallest, until one of Fatah’s followers passes it on to you. This person has probably just come out of a supermarket after borrowing money for a pack of cigarettes because the Authority didn’t pay salaries this month.
